Mustapha Daher is an attorney in the firm’s Business and Real Estate Practice Groups. He represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of matters involving commercial and real estate litigation, business transactions, and general civil disputes. His practice includes drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, operating agreements, commercial leases, and other transactional documents, as well as litigating contract, property, and construction-related disputes.

 

Before joining the firm, Mustapha practiced with large mid-west and national defense firms, where he defended corporations, insurers, and trucking companies in real estate litigation, complex commercial & business litigation, premises-liability, and no-fault litigation. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of risk management, insurance coverage, and litigation strategy from the defense perspective—insight he now leverages to effectively advocate for his clients in business and real estate matters. His practice also includes drafting significant motions, deposing witnesses, and managing complex electronic discovery.
